1. SHIPPING & PRODUCTION

What types of printing do you offer? 

We offer direct-to-garment (DTG) Digital or Direct to Garment, which is a retail-quality process, providing professional, durable custom outcomes on a variety of high-quality fabrics.  

Digital, or direct-to-garment (DTG) printing is a process where essentially a large inkjet printer prints special ink directly onto garments. It first applies a layer of pretreatment solution, then a white under base, and then all of the colours. The garment is then cured in a conveyor oven, at around 150°C for 10 minutes.  
 
What is the quality like? How does it look & feel? 

We use state-of-the-art digital equipment, which prints a crisp and retail-standard. The look & feel will vary between colours and designs.  DTGDigital prints almost feel a part of the garment, with a soft malleable feel.   
 
Digital printing is superior at full-colour, photographic and customisable prints. It's suitable for natural fabrics such as cotton, silk, linen and hemp. Digital printing is the best option for you if you want a smaller run of 1-10 units, or if you have a photographic or colourful design and want to get the best quality result.  
 
What are your shipping options? 

All items purchased from this site are processed and printed using the PrintBar Print on Demand online platform.

The way our service timeline works is Production time + Shipping time.  Our shipping options are as follows:

   - Regular Shipping – $10 per order (Allow 2-7 days, Australia-wide) 

   - Express Shipping – $15 per order (Allow 1-3 days, Australia-wide) 

   - International Shipping (outside of Australia) – Priced per item, depending on where it's headed (Allow 1–5 weeks, depending on location) 

How long do orders normally take? 

Orders usually take 7-10 days to order, print and deliver. 

We're always aiming to give you the best outcomes, and this means regular quality control checks. From time to time, a printed garment may not meet our standards, and we'll need to reorder the stock to complete your order. This may change your delivery date, but we'll keep you updated. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we do.  

2. PAYMENT

Is it safe to pay online? 

The checkout system is SSL secured, which means that a system is in place (using encryption) to secure & protect transactions.  Our online payments are hosted by the Commonwealth Bank and Braintree, and payments are also available through PayPal or a bank transfer, which means your hard-earned cash is always safe. 

3. GARMENTS & THEIR LIFE WITH YOU

How do I know the garment will fit me? 

Please make sure you check out the size information in the product info tab when you are purchasing online. 

To get the perfect fit, ​grab a t-shirt that fits you really well and lay it flat on a table. Measuring from armpit to armpit will give you a size to compare with the size guides available on our website. 

How long will my printed garments last? 

We're at the forefront of print technology. If you care for the garments well, they'll last for years to come. 

What ethical standards are in place for the garments I'm printing on? 

Our suppliers have stringent systems in place to ensure best practice for workers and the environment through the process of manufacturing premium products.  

4. GUARANTEE

What guarantees do you offer?

The Print Bar stands behinds the quality of its products and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact us within 14 days from the date of your purchase and subject to the following criteria (& our return policy) we will refund the full price of the product in question, excluding postage and processing costs. 

The Print Bar products are made-to-order with the best quality materials possible using our state-of-the-art digital printing equipment. 

The Print Bar takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for: 

   - 5% difference in design printing colours & size
   - 5% difference in the actual garment colours 
   - Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size. 
   - Garment shrinkage in wash 
   - Courier delivery timeframes when Print Bar has dispatched to the correct address before the due date 

Dark coloured and black garments may appear 15% brighter on the t shirt design online application to make positioning easier so please refer to the product colour boxes below the image for design accuracy. 

 Proof approval is important. Payment of a job constitutes approval. Clients must ensure that the artwork, qty and shipping address is correct before payment is made.

5. RETURNS

What is your returns process and policy?

We don't usually receive complaints about the prints we do, but in the unlikely event you're unhappy with your product please follow these instructions to return/receive a new product:

Please email sales@theprintbar.com  (cc: info@inhighdemandstreetwear.com.au) with;

   - The date of your purchase
   - Your order number
   - What you would like to return
   - Why you want to return it
   - A photo highlighting the fault/damage

Once we have received this email we will organise a replacement /refund for you if the order meets our user agreement/return policy.

You may have to return the product back to Print Bar. Note: Print Bar does not cover return shipping.

What Can Be Returned?

Only Items that are faulty/damaged or have a faulty print may only be returned. Once an order has been placed online we cannot edit this order and we cannot cancel this order once it has been placed. No returns are accepted after 14 days of receipt of purchase. We do not accept items that have noticeable wear or makeup stains. Returns must also comply with our user agreement.

We do not refund or exchange for change of mind, errors in approved proofs, errors from non 'print ready' artwork, shipping or stock delays or if the customer chooses the wrong garment size. #Note: sizing measurements online are within +-1.5cm, anything outside of this is faulty. Print dimension / print placement measurements are within +-1cm and anything outside of this is faulty.  Proof approval is important and written approval is required before we can print a job. Payment of a job also constitutes approval.

Clients must ensure that the artwork, qty and shipping address is correct before payment is made. We do not accept returns for errors made by any of our couriers when Print Bar has dispatched to the correct address by the due date.

6. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

How long will my order take to be delivered once it is ready?

We guarantee our processing and printing timeframes on our orders, but note that in the unlikely event that there is an error due to the couriers that we use (Australia Post, Startrack, Toll Priority and Fastway) we cannot take responsibility, but in this rare instance we can refund your shipping costs in full. If you order a rush express order and your location is rural, international or not covered by the Australia Post National Express Post Network then we cannot take responsibility for shipping timeframes.

Please contact us so we can look after you, well before your due date.

We want you to receive your garments on time and are only an email away.

7. WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

How do I care for my garment?

   - Cold water
   - Gentle cycle
   - Wash inside out
   - Do not tumble dry
   - Dry in shade
   - Garments will not shrink if the correct washing guidelines on the t-shirt labels are followed; if you believe the garment was washed correctly please send us an email following our return instructions.

All orders placed require authority from the purchaser to proceed, payment of goods online constitutes authority to proceed. Clients are requested to check thoroughly before approving.
